Messi, Ronaldo, Bale omitted from top 20 free-kick takers – See full list here

The superstar trio of Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale, are missing from a list of top 20 free-kick takers rated by FIFA 14.

Instead, names like Juan Arango, Andrea Pirlo and Didier Drogba make the top five.

Ronaldo and Bale are perhaps the surprise absentees, as the duo have mastered a new technique of lifting the ball over a wall of defence and past goalkeepers.
